Cancellation Policy

At Green Sun Healing, LLC, we are committed to providing excellent service to all our clients. To ensure that we can accommodate everyone effectively, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Appointment Cancellation:

Appointment Cancellation:

Notice Requirement:
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.

Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.

Same-Day Cancellations:
Cancellations made on the same day as your appointment will be considered a late cancellation and will incur a fee of 75% of the service cost for the first occurrence and 100% of the service cost for the second occurrence. After two instances, prepayment will be required for any future bookings.

2. No-Show Policy:

Definition of No-Show:
A no-show occurs when a client does not attend a scheduled appointment and has not provided any notice.

No-Show Fee:
If you do not show up for your appointment without notifying us, you will be charged the full cost of the missed service.

3. Emergency Cancellations:

Exceptions:
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion, depending on the situation.

4. Multiple Cancellations or No-Shows:

Repeat Offenses:
Clients who repeatedly cancel appointments with less than 24 hours' notice or who have multiple no-shows may be required to prepay for future services or may be dismissed from our practice.

6. Prepaid Packages and Cancellation:

Package Services:
If you have purchased a package of services, cancellations and no-shows will result in a deduction of the applicable cancellation fee from your prepaid balance.
